Scrape & Biocide
The scrape and biocide is aimed mainly at roofs which have a high moss content
Specially designed scrapers and brushes are used to carefully remove the moss and debris from the tiles.
We always clean up and ensure nothing is left in the gutters to cause blockages.
Once this is complete the roof is then treated with a biocide soft wash which continues to work over time, killing off any spores or growth which is still present.
This process can take 6 to 12 months but results will be seen after the first few weeks and will leave your roof spotless from any moss, algae and organic matter.
The biocide treatment will continue working for 3 to 4 years, environment depending.
Having your roof soft wash treated every 2 to 3 years is recommended to keep it looking tip top.

As always a post biocide soft wash treatment is applied to continue killing off any spores or growth left behind and continues to go on working for a further 3 to 4 years environment depending.
